What happens after I receive the FREE Quote?

You will be contacted within 24-48 hours through your preferred contact method along with a proposal for our services.

What is the process of signing up as a client?

We want to make the process as simple as possible. If you request our free quote and agree to the proposal, all you need to do is sign a Services Contract and Business Associate Agreement and send it back to us. Once we receive this information, you will be sent a New Provider packet with a checklist of things we will need from you for setup. Just complete this and return to us and you can start benefiting from our services immediately.

Services can be provided to local clients as well as nationwide. We utilize various methods of obtaining information from our providers, therefore we can most definitely serve the needs of clients locally and nationwide.

How would we get our claim information to you?

There are a few ways to get your information to us: fax, mail or we can personally come pick up information from your office (local clients only).

What do you need from our office to process our claims and posting of insurance payments?

1.   Patient Demographic Form / Patient Registration Form

2.   Copy of the front and back of patient insurance card (one-time only)

3.   Patient Superbills or Daysheet

4.   Explanation of Benefits 

Who receives the insurance payments?

Insurance payments and Explanation of Benefits are sent directly to the provider’s address.

How long does it take to receive insurance payments?

For electronic filing, most payments are received within 14-21 days. Paper filing takes approximately 45 days.

Do we send originals of everything?

According to legislation, you should keep originals and send us copies only, which we will retain for a term according to state medical record retention laws.
